Refund and Return Policy

There are no refunds on consumable products.  

If there is damage to your package, please take a photo before opening and let us know on the same day of delivery.  Photos and requests can be sent to 

Broken mugs or accessories will be replaced at no charge but require a photo of the broken item same day of delivery.

Item Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, send us an email at  Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection of your return.  Replacements will only be sent to the original order address.

Replacements will be sent within 48 hours.
